In order to expand IPIDnet I would like to also ask all of you who see patients with NEMO deficiency, WAS to contact me since I would like to collect a representative group of patients to determine the characteristics of their immunological phenotype.
Only few and no conclusive reports exist on the immune homeostasis of T and B cells in NEMO deficiency.
In order to explore characteristic changes of T and B cell subpopulations we are looking for centers with NEMO patients.
We would require either blood over night in order to characterize patients in Freiburg or the Facsplots of patients which have been characterized according to the IPIDnet protocol.
The data will be used for a joined publication and to determine the requested information for the IPIDnet website.
