Dear Friends & Colleagues,
The ESID 2012 elections will open this Wednesday, September 5th at 12:00 noon (CET).
ESID members will have one month to elect or re-elect the next Board members for 2012/2014, and to validate the proposed fees for the next membership period of 2014/2015.
Your voice is vital to the future developments and strategy of our society, so we urge you to cast your votes online during the next few weeks!
The online voting is a very simple process and it will be done through the ESID website at www.esid.org
To cast your vote you need to:
1.Login to the ESID website
with your username and password (NB:ONLY your ESID website password will work; NOT registry password)
2.Scroll-down the first website page until you find the ESID Poll dedicated area at the bottom of the homepage
3.Cast your vote for each poll individually. Please note that once you have submitted your vote for each poll you see or change them, so please kindly validate each one before submission.

The results of the 2012 polls will be announced on October 06, 2012 at the ESID General Assembly in Florence (Hall A, 08:30-10:00 CET). These will also be published in the ESID website and newsletter.
