This is the demo version of the ESID Registry. To access the productive system, a login and password obtained from the ESID Database coordinator in Freiburg are necessary.
If you would like to learn more about the ESID registry we have set up a TEST version for you to look at and enter test patients.
Please choose one subregistry.
* enter the following test-username: test
* enter the password: start
Note: Please do not change this password, otherwise the next user won't be able to test the registry any more. In case you should be asked to change the password, please ignore this order and simply close the pop-up window.
You can either have a look at existing (test) patients by clicking on "Show all patients" and then selecting one. Then you can click on the different categories on the left side (core dataset, core laboratory etc.) Or you can create new (fictitious) patients.
